Kensington Community Resilience Fund

The Kensington Community Resilience Fund (KCRF) is a public-private-community partnership between the City of Philadelphia, the Scattergood Foundation, and residents and community leaders in Kensington, Harrowgate, and Fairhill. Using a community-led, participatory approach to provide funding and capacity building support to organizations promoting wellness, building resilience, and improving the quality of life for residents harmed by the opioid crisis.
